The BTS photos provided are from the filming of the prom announcement in the beginning of scene 3
Photo 1 (Alex)
This BTS picture is of Alex practicing receiving the crown in the scene as well as waving to the crowd/audience. We had to take this shot multiple due to Ale and I switching in and out of filming this scene, seeing who had a more aesthetic idea, In the end we choose my cinematography as I took the shot in slow-mo to make the scene more intense and seem that is it coming from Roxy's perspective and how everything has slowed down due to Roxy's shock of not winning and losing her boyfriend to Alex.
Photo 2 (Me)
This is a photo of me laughing after yelling my line,"She took everything from me!" as I was unprepared for my voice to crack causing the group and I to burst out laughing. This shot was also taken by accident by our actor, Griffin Shay, capturing the funny moment we all shared. This shot will most likely be included in a bloopers post.
Photo 3 (Setting Up)
In this photo I am setting up the scene's props. The props in this scene/clip were a prom king crown as this was the shot of Griffin being crowned prom king. I also went through the motions of the short clip we were going to shoot with Griffin, so he understood fully what he had to do.
Photo 4 (Filming Scene)
In this scene I am filming an eye line shot of Griffin receiving his crown, capturing his emotion of becoming prom king, as Ale places it on his head. This shot was extremely important as it highlights a small but important clip in our film.
