Killer Queen
Song- The Red Means I love You- Madds Buckley, Wildflower, Vampire
Ideas: Mystery Horror drama movie, psychological fear, Isolation, and vulnerability. Roxy really wanted to be prom queen, and she hated the prom queen. She ends up killing the prom queen and takes her crown and sash. She throws the bag of the dead body into the ocean on the beach. At the end she gets a call from her best friend asking what happened to her because she was being weird.
Storyboard-
Emilynn is walking with blood on all over her face in this close-up shot as she is walking away the camera is Steadicam (2 seconds)
After this the camera straight cuts to a full body shot at a mid-angle of the back of her as she walks away, and she is dragging a dead body
Its straight cuts to her opening the trunk of her car with a behind the shoulder shot, the angle is slightly higher
It jump cuts to the body being thrown in the truck with a behind the shoulder shot at a mid-angle
Then the camera jump cuts to her hand close-up closing the trunk
After this we get a high angle/ establishing shot of the car driving away
Then we get an establishing/high angle shot of the car pulling up in a parking lot
The camera cuts to her over the shoulder and close ups on her hand turning off the car and then the radio
Jump cuts to her opening the trunk, and the camera is in the car seeing Roxy open the trunk
Then it jumps cuts to an eyeline match as she opens the bag
After this action matches her opening the bag from a behind the shoulder shot
The camera then gets closer in a zoom and turns to face her as she reaches into the trunk
It jump cuts to her hand close-up taking the crown off the dead body
Then it action matches to an over the shoulder of the crown on her head
After this it jump cuts to a close up of her taking the sash off
Then it jump cuts to an over the shoulder of the sash going on her
Then we get a close-up of the sash on her
It jump cuts to Roxy dragging the dead body through the sand
Then action matches as there is a close-up shot on her hands
After this its action matches to her throwing the dead body in the ocean
Then the camera jump cuts as she walks away on an high angle full body shot
Over-shoulder shots,
she is crying in the car while crying a lot
She arrives at the beach, and she turns off the song and then she steps out of the car and goes to open the trunk
She pulls the bag off the girls face and takes off her crown and sash and puts them on
Script-
*Plays music in the car*
*At the beach*
*Phone rings* Roxy answers the phone, cut to a shot showing it is Ale’s phone
Alex: Ale, I need to tell you something it's about Roxy, there is some strange things going on
Emilynn: What about me
Alex: Roxy Is Ale there I need to talk to her
Emilynn; ...
Alex: Hello?
Emilynn: Ale cannot come to the phone right now
*Shot of Roxy looking out into the water where the plastic bag is floating away*
Alex: Huh, why?
Emilynn: Because she is dead
Alex: *Starts to freak out uncontrollably*
*Phone cuts off*
*Roxy looks at the bag one last time and turns for her car*
*Cut shot to Emilynn in the shower washing the blood of herself scrubbing the blood as the music blares and the film slowly fades out of focus with her magickly laughing *
